A large number of the laboratorial and field studies have been performed to understand the mechanism of scouring phenomenon under floating debris. Over two past decades, different types of the artificial intelligence methods have been used to estimate the maximum scour depth around bridges piers. In this study, the Neuro-Fuzzy model based on group method data handling (NF-GMDH) was used to estimate the scour under effect of debris accumulations. The NF-GMDH network was developed using evolutional algorithms: genetic algorithm (GA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), and gravitational search algorithm (GSA). Parameters effective on the maximum scour depth included average velocity of upstream flow of the bridge pier, critical velocity of river bed sediments, depth of flow in section without debris, thickness of submerged debris, debris diameter, average particle size, pier diameter, and channel width. After training and experiencing each NF-GMDH models, the performances of each one was evaluated through statistical parameters. The results showed that the models proposed had better performance compared with emperical relationships. NF-GMDH-PSO (R=0.8413 and RMSE=0.37) and NF-GMDH-GA (R=0.8407 and RMSE=0.3640) had relatively similar performance. Finally, sensitivity analysis indicated that the ratio of pile diameter (D) to mean diameter of bed sediments (d50) has the most influence on determination of maximum scour depth.}, keywords = {bridge pier,Debris accumulation,evolutionary algorithms,NF-GMDH,Scour}, title_fa = {تخمین بیشترین عمق آبشستگی در اطراف پایه‌ی پل تحت اثر انباشت موانع با استفاده از مدل NF-GMDH و الگوریتم های تکاملی}, abstract_fa = {انباشت موانع شناور جریان رودخانه‌ها، نظیر تنه و شاخ و برگ درختان منجر به افزایش عمق آبشستگی موضعی در اطراف پایه‌های پل می‌شود. تاکنون جهت درک ساز‌و‌کار پدیده آبشستگی تحت اثر موانع شناور، مطالعات آزمایشگاهی و میدانی بسیاری انجام‌شده است. در دو دهه‌ی اخیر از انواع روش‌های هوش مصنوعی جهت تخمین بیش‌ترین عمق آبشستگی در اطراف پایه پل استفاده‌شده است. در این مطالعه از مدل فازی-عصبی مبتنی بر روش دسته‌بندی گروهی داده‌ها (NF-GMDH) جهت تخمین آب شستگی تحت اثر انباشت موانع استفاده شد. شبکه NF-GMDH با استفاده از الگوریتم‌های تکاملی شامل الگوریتم وراثتی (GA)، الگوریتم بهینه‌ساز ازدحام ذرات (PSO) و الگوریتم جستجوی گرانشی (GSA) توسعه داده شد. پارامترهای مؤثر بر حداکثر عمق آبشستگی به‌صورت سرعت متوسط جریان بالادست پایه پل، سرعت بحرانی رسوبات بستر رودخانه، عمق جریان در مقطع بدون حضور موانع، ضخامت مستغرق موانع، قطر موانع، اندازه متوسط ذرات، قطر پایه و عرض کانال در نظر گرفته شد. بعد از انجام مراحل آموزش و آزمایش هر مدل NF-GMDH، عملکرد آن‌ها با استفاده از شاخص‌های آماری ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل‌های پیشنهادی دارای عملکرد بهتر نسبت به روابط تجربی است. همچنین دو مدل NF-GMDH-PSO (84/0=R و 37/ 0=RMSE) و NF-GMDH-GA (8407/0=R و 3640/0=RMSE) دارای عملکرد مشابه بودند. در نهایت آنالیز حساسیت نشان داد که نسبت بدون بعد قطر پایه (D) به‌اندازه متوسط ذرات (d50) بیشترین تأثیر را در تعیین پارامتر حداکثر عمق آبشستگی دارد.}, keywords_fa = {آبشستگی,الگوریتم‌های تکاملی,انباشت موانع,پایه پل,روش دسته‌بندی,گروهی داده‌ها}, url = {http://www.jewe.ir/article_95798.html}, eprint = {http://www.jewe.ir/article_95798_20975a69c155b1d6cf1bf42cccd6b897.pdf} }
