Ogee spillway and flip bucket are the most used types of spillway and energy dissipation structures. The main aims of the present research were modeling and analyzing hydraulic characteristics of the flow over convergent chute and flip bucket with negative slope of Gelvard Dam, Neka, the north of Iran using Flow-3D software and comparing the results of spillway geometry modification in relation to the initial model. The validation results of numerical model with the experimental data showed that RNG model is the most appropriate turbulence model. Moreover, with respect to the dimensions of computational cells, sensitivity analysis showed that square mesh with dimensions of 0.6 m is appropriate. Considering the results of the numerical modeling, due to increasing the flow velocity more than 20 m/s at the end of chute and maximum pressure of -70000 pa in this area, cavitation threatens the circular arc. Therefore, the slope of the chute and circular arc radius was changed respectively and numerical analysis results were remeasured. The results showed that by reducing the chute slope, the critical points of cavitation decreased from 3 points to 1 point. In addition, it was indicated that changing circular arc radius had no considerable effect on hydraulic characteristics. It just showed that when arc radius increases, jet length increases up to 5 m.}, keywords = {Hydraulic characteristics,Gelvard dam,Cavitation,turbulence modeling,Flow-3D numerical model}, title_fa = {بررسی خصوصیات جریان در سرریز شوت سد گِلوَرد نکا با استفاده از دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی}, abstract_fa = {در سال‌های اخیر با بالا رفتن استاندارد ایمنی سدها، علاقه مهندسین هیدرولیک به طراحی یک سیستم استهلاک انرژی اقتصادی و مطمئن در مجاری اصلی تخلیه سیلاب، افزایش‌یافته است. سرریز لبه‌آبریز و پرتاب‌کننده جامی‌شکل ازجمله پرکاربردترین سرریزها و مستهلک کننده‌های انرژی محسوب می‌شوند. این پژوهش با هدف مدل‌سازی و بررسی خصوصیات هیدرولیکی جریان روی شوت همگرا و پرتابه جامی‌شکل با شیب منفی در سد گِلوَرد نکا با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Flow-3D و مقایسه نتایج حاصل از تغییر هندسه سرریز این سد نسبت به مدل اصلی انجام شد. مقایسه صحت‌سنجی مدل عددی با نتایج مدل فیزیکی نشان داد که مدل RNG مناسب‌ترین مدل آشفتگی است. همچنین، در خصوص ابعاد سلول‌های محاسباتی، نتایج آنالیز حساسیت مشخص کرد که مش مربعی با ابعاد 6/0 مترمناسب‌ترین اندازه مش است. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از مدل‌سازی عددی، به علت بیشتر شدن سرعت جریان از 20 متر بر ثانیه در انتهای شوت و حداکثر فشار 70000- پاسکال در این ناحیه، پدیده کاویتاسیون قوس دایره‌ای انتهای شوت را تهدید می‌کند. از اینرو شیب و شعاع قوس تعدیل گردید و نتایج تحلیل عددی مجدداً بررسی شد.نتایج بیانگر آن بود که با کاهش شیب شوت، نقاط بحرانی پدیده کاویتاسیون از 3 به 1 نقطه کاهش یافت. همچنین تغییر شعاع قوس دایره‌ای، به‌طور قابل‌ملاحظه‌ای بر خصوصیات هیدرولیکی اثرگذار نبوده و فقط با افزایش شعاع، افزایش طول پرتاب 5 متری مشاهده گردید.}, keywords_fa = {خصوصیات هیدرولیکی,سد گِلوَرد,کاویتاسیون,مدل آشفتگی,مدل عددی Flow-3D}, url = {http://www.jewe.ir/article_43278.html}, eprint = {http://www.jewe.ir/article_43278_b4366efb153976a86750fbcc65d239c7.pdf} }
